The name says it all, we create Kefir water and then add pieces of fruit in the second stage of fermentation.
Real pieces of fruit in each bottle, that stay there and can be eaten for extra taste and fruity benefits!
FKW is water kefir double fermented.
Our first fermentation uses unrefined (brown) cane sugar with fig, apricot and date and lemon.
These are removed before second fermentation in the bottle.
In the second fermentation we add real fruit which stays in the bottle for you to enjoy in your glass, a bit like a fruity cocktail.

Water kefir is made from kefir grains.
The kefir grains make up cultures of various strains of healthy bacteria and yeast, held together in a polysaccharide matrix created by the bacteria. The microbes feed on sugar and produce lactic acid, alcohol (ethanol), and carbon dioxide, yielding a fermented carbonated beverage. The alcohol content is usually very minimal, we aim for less than 0.1%. In a nutshell, it’s a large dosage of Probiotics in the natural form.
